Classic Crispy French Fries
Ingredients:
- Potatoes (preferably Russet)
- Soilmates Avocado Oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Cut the potatoes as frenchy as you want them. We loooove them thin and crispy, but hey, all styles are awesome! Dunk those spuds in water for a bit and then give them a good dab with a towel to dry.
- In a bowl, give the potato fries a good toss with Soilmates Avocado Oil until they're all shiny and evenly coated.
