Shipping information

At Soilmates, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as
possible. All orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends
and holidays. Standard shipping typically takes 1-2 business days in the
Benelux and 3-5 business days elsewhere in Europe, depending on your
location.

Our products are shipped directly from the Netherlands. Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.

For orders sent outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply. Any import duties and taxes payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.
