At Soilmates, we aim to deliver your avocado oil as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard shipping typically takes 1-2 business days, depending on your location.

Our products are shipped directly from the Netherlands. Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.

For orders sent outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply to the order. Any import duties and taxes payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

At Soilmates, we want you to be completely satisfied with your avocado oil purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you can return your product for free within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Sale items are not eligible for return.

To start the return process, please email us at hello@soilmates.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label so you can send the product back at no cost to you.
